Woke from a dream this morning where I knew I was in love with a woman I shared time with in my dream. The strange thing is, in the dream, I knew her from before. In other words, she had been in other dreams. This one was a lucid dream, (I knew I was dreaming) and I held her close and kept saying to her, "Don't disappear, don't disappear,..." She didn't, she stood with me in my dream and we walked around sharing a somewhat bizarre dream adventure. (I fought and defeated two lion-like people)
When I woke up, I remembered feeling as if I was actually with her. (No, I still don't even know her name!) I'm happily married, I know I love my wife and daughter. But, in that "world" it seemed to be completely ok to be with her. There was a moment when I told her I loved her and she said, "You don't know anything about me." And I said I still felt it, "I can't explain it." She then said, "I can't explain it either." Even the simple kiss we shared after that seemed so intense.
I'm not normally so quick to say what I feel, it's a little embarrassing to read what I wrote because I'm not so mushy like that. But with her, in our dream world,...it was pretty cool. The weird part was feeling I knew her from other dreams. Crazy how a lucid dream can also create false memories. Ha, I now wonder if I'll "see" her again.
Dreams are so weird.
I had one where a person was possessed turned out to be the fear of starting a new job maybe yours follows a similar logic? Nice blog btw
